Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As per our existing policy, the user has to report any defect if any within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment for the product to be eligible for return or replacement.

Please note that Returns are honoured only in the case of a manufacturing defect and every product available in our store has different policies to be eligible for return/replacement. Please read the guidelines carefully before ordering.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

    1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, contact our customer service immediately support mail.
    2. Pack the item securely. Please provide your order number, name, phone number and email address.
    3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    4. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS or FedEx for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated by our customer support.
    5. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

    Please note that we do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, This store reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit. You are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.

    PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: dealcarto@gmail.com

    Sale/Promotion items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

    Invalid Reasons:

    Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Dealcarto. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

    Product is not working as shown in the video advertisement - this is also a common reason. Video is just to show our product's working. We are not responsible if product doesn't works as in the video as the items we have shown in the video are just to showcase the product. Must check product specifications for more details about each product.
